Very conveniently located, nice place to live!

Aside from the occasional late night whiff of cow odor, this is a fantastic place to live. It is so convenient to get to Hwy 167, I-5, and the Sounder train depot! The facilities are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept up. Maintenance requests are completed expediately. You should know that the default phone service is provided by Darwin Networks and not Qwest. As for cable TV, it is provided only by Millenium -- you have no other choice except to resort to satellite dished services. Be sure to ask where your mailbox will be located as they can be a considerable distance from your actual apartment.
