beautiful grounds friendly staff prompt service when needed however thier security is horrible, we were told when we moved there that "crime didn't live here anymore"
we have met several people like ourselves that have had a vehicle stolen from the grounds, had there been security from 9pm to 10am it would not have happend to any of us.
other than that,(small floor plans too)Signature Point is a nice place to raise a Family.
