Signature Pointe Apartments not only is in the best location, but it has so much to offer. I moved here thinking that it was just the best place there was to rent, and 3 years later, still feel the same way. The staff is always friendly, my work orders are always done in a timely manner, I-5 and 167 are just minutes away, not to mention the elementary school and Starbucks are just outside the main entrance! Hands down this is indeed the best community that I have lived in, and trust me, I have lived in several different communities. As far as the cow smell, the dairy has moved their cows away from the area, however the fields do get furtilized ever so often. I do encourage you to come and see for yourself.
