The worst place I have ever lived!

First of all, I found this place online...
It looks awesome and seems like a nice place! What a trap! When my pregnant wife and I moved in the staff sent us a welcoming committee... A house full of fleas. Then they tried to say that it was us who brought the fleas here.
The dryer never worked right and every time a maintenance guy showed up to fix it, he complained out loud that he did not want to be here doing it.
My car was vandelized three time in 45 days.
Our door mat was stolen.
Other tenants in the complex drive at excessive speeds through the parking lot ignoring all speed limit signs and speed bumps.
There are 56 buildings and 254 units spread out over a large area and only one recycling area for all the units! If you are ecology conciuos this place is not for you! I always had a hard time finding a place to park where I would not get door dings. Kelly, the manager, is about as helpful as a map in a foreign language.
On a bright note, Desiree is their one shining star; couteous and helpful... I think she actually cares about her job and tenants. I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy. They will keep your deposit! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
