signature pointe is a great place to live especially if you have children. I have 2 children and they love it. they have indoor pool/hot tub and out door too with life jackets, goggles,and kickboards to check out. Trail for bike rides, a playground, kids night,on-site daycare, and the elementary school is right outside the main entrance.These are just a few reasons that I have lived here so long. They treat my kids like they were there own.

I would definately recommend this place to anyone. As far as the other comments from some of the others who have said that they would not recommend sig. pointe, I would have to say that you have to be the judge and come take a look for yourself. Car vandelism is something that you risk anywhere you live!
