My family and I are currently residing at S.P.A. So that is why this is annoymous.

I love the location! Easy access to I-5 & 167, plenty of stores and resteraunts nearby, and we enjoy the biking/jogging trail located outside of our door. So if you just need a place to hang your coat then this may just be the place for you.

We on the other hand are working parents who rely on getting a good night's sleep. We know more about our neighbors than anyone should and have been disrupted on several occassions due to partiers. The complex does have a security guard to contact after hours who will confront the noise makers but when a complaint is made to the office staff they are curtious the first time but if those neighbors are repeat offenders the office staff acts annoyed when you are the one loosing sleep!

The complex is completely focused on how the grounds look, not how the apartments are functioning. You pay for water/sewer and garbage and in the summers the grounds are overwatered to the point you can't even sit in the grass with your children. Guess who foots that bill'! The units are cheaply constructed and I am surprised that it has such a high rating on this site. Parts of my floor are buckling and I think it is due to the overwatering breaking up the foundation. I wonder what will happen in an earthquake! If you are a non smoker and have smokers for neighbors (no offense, just the facts) be prepared to keep your windows open 24x7 and invest in scented candles. We do not smoke and parts of our apt smell like an ashtray due to poor construction. I do not blame our smoking neighbors for this. ALthough fires have been reported due to the careless smokers tossing their lite cigarettes off of balconies.

At Signature Pointe Apartments, as long as your rent is paid and things look "nice" on the outside of your unit, anything goes!!!

If you are looking for a transitional place and the price is right then this may work for you, but if you are looking for a long term place to call home, keep looking. I know I am looking towards that day I can submit my vacate notice!
