The apartments are roomy, although getting kind of warn out. Very close to everything and great access to the Green River Trail.

Quite and the grounds are very well kept. They do have a bit of a drainage problem in some areas, during very wet weather but they seem to try very hard to keep it in control.

The staff is very nice, always, and always very helpfull.

Big Big draw back.... There is a Dairy Farm down the road and it really, really stinks in the fall.
