I could be biased because we sold our lake front condo before moving here for a short while before our new house was finished, so I am used to nicer things, but Signature Point is no where near the "Luxury" apartments they pretend to be. We live in one of the townhouses and the decor is really ugly, the cabinents are liek the ones found in garages and the flooring is cheap and ugly. The mirrors are rusted all over and there is no moulding around the badly painted doors and carpeting. On the other hand, the place is a good price, parking has not been a problem at all and I feel fairly secure here, the security staff are visible. There are a ton of kids here, a ton of lower income families too, but it's very quite in the back part. There is a drug treatment center on the same street, and that is a little sketchy. I've had a lot of problems with the old, crappy apliances too.
