ive been here for just about 7months, my lease is up 7/31. i live along the river edge on the 1st floor near hwy 516. parking isnt a serious problem, my neighbors are very loud and if ones dog barks, belive me you hear it! ive had many problems with my garbage disposal and had to call a lot. i recently had a pipe break in the walls near the washer and they through everything on top of my bed, brand new couch, and my wet items like clothes and rugs in my bathtub. i was out of town and they made 1 attempt to reach me on my cell phone to tell me that when i come back to 'not be in shock' of the scenery. they never attempted to call family or workt o come and pick up the place so things did not mold. the carpet was drenched and they never gave me an opportunity for a discount or a relocation. they did not pay my electricity bill even tho they hired a company with fans to come out and for ONE WEEK STRAIGHT have fans on -my bill was SKY HIGH. they also did not pay my water bill due to THEIR pipe leaking. the doors are poorly painted and hardly even shut. the closet shelves are lopsided so things slide. my bathroom linoleum "tiles" were coming up and the paint was very horrid to see. the shower rod was raw and chipped -very nasty. they even painted the wooden shelves to the side of the fireplace which make it look extremely tacky. kids ride their bikes and play in streets during traffic. security is hardly ever on duty and the main office is never open at good hours. the pools are always loud due to kids and screaming 'marco/polo' and the tanning bed isnt good either. unless you like this stuff i highly recommend you do NOT move here. horrible ...i now am living in federal way in sundance apartments and i give htem a 6star rating!
