I am currently a resident at these apartments. These people do not care about their residents just the rent. If you cancel your lease early they will make sure to make you pay. The construction is old and cheap. The model apartment that we were shown is nothing like the one they stuck us in. They did not give us a chance to look at our apartment until after the lease was signed. The way they handle complaints in this place is just dumb. Someone makes a phone call and the person they call about gets a complaint in their file. Its not discussed with the defendant they just notify him that its now on his record. Some of the tenants think its ok to complain about noise during the hours that there is no noise restriction. Some even go as far as calling the police during the day to tell me to turn down my tv. And the landlords tolerate this. If you cancel your lease you have to forfeit your deposit and pay back any "savings" that they may have offered. My whole experience with this place has been a nightmare. I've gotten complains about my curtains being RED!
Don’t move here save yourself a lot of trouble, money, and headaches.

Well Duh, If you break your lease of course there are going to be penalty fees.
