Apartment and complex is very comfortable

It's due for some upgrades (mainly new appliances and energy-smart windows/doors) and I'm not sure if these are scheduled, but overall I've been quite happy at Signature Pointe.
I don't understand the recent negative comments about Kelly. I've always found her to be quite friendly, professional, and always easy to work with. We're going through a situation now (that I don't care to go into detail about), but Kelly has been very kind and accomodating. The comments about her english are just mean-spirited (she speaks excellent english), and why anyone would mention someones ethnicity in a review here is beyond my understanding, or the way I raised to view others.

I agree and disagree with your post.
As with the last like 10 positive reviews, i'm sure you are office staff, which should be a red flag of shady and suspect to those of you actually considering to live in this complex. Look at the positive review dates, and language. Praising the staff like their the King of the World, is something someone who wants to save their job would do. However, I'd like to agree that Kelly's ethnicity should not be an issue. Whichever reviewer bought that up is not very nice. Her English is most certainly not "excellent" but communicating with her isn't a huge hassle so to each its own.
I disagree with your so called statement of "professionalism." Being a resident of these apartments I know first hand that this complex is ran like a nut house. Staff is far from concerned with having happy residents, and the "manager" couldn't be a bigger joke. It's quite sad actually. I once wanted to have a discussion with her and called on a Friday asking for 15 mins of her time on a Saturday morning and she refused saying she does not and will not work on the weekend. A 15 minute meeting, for a long time resident, is not too much to ask. I was quite disappointed. This place has turned into the ghetto of Kent, and its only a matter of time (cross your fingers everyone) that it is shut down or re-staffed.

You're certainly full of yourself.
I would have told you the same thing if you asked for 15 minutes of my time on my day off.
What an arse. You couldn't pay me enough to work in property management, and deal with the likes of you.
Please do move as soon as possible--and don't let the door hit your idiot arse on the way out.
