I have now been living at Signature Pointe for nearly 2 years. I remember initially looking online for apartments in the Kent area and saw many remarks about car break-ins, etc. I have not seen anything close to that during my stay here. Furthermore, I have done a lot of homework and visited other complexes such as Waterford at the Lakes and this is by far the SAFEST choice. Most other apartment complexes in Kent seem shady. If you're moving to the area for Boeing, this is probably one of your better selections.

Below is just some quick pros and cons to give you an idea:

Pros:
1. Really Nice Staff. Everyone there, especially Kim, goes out of their way to help.
2. Very well kept grounds
3. In my opinion, the safest apartment community in Kent. Also has overnight Security Patrol.
4. Less than a mile away from Safeway
5. Less then 3 miles away from Boeing

Cons:
1. A little more lighting at night' Kind of dark around that bridge near the green river
