I lived there for about a year. It is a good place to live over all. I lived in the back of the NN building I dont recommend living there because in the summer children play loudly on the grass area as if it were a public park and they kick balls around in the parking lot. Also there is a man who uses a very loud table saw in one of the garages almost everyday. Try to get a mail box close to your appartment if you can. Beware of a few scary characters driving around at night. My boyfriend's car radio got stollen, but he didn't have an alarm and hey- this is the Seattle area and Seattle is number one or something like that for stollen vehicles so get a good alarm and an autolock for your break. Maintanance responds very well to apartment problems. Free cookies on wednesdays!
