I have lived here for over two years, and my apartment has been broken into twice and my car has been stolen. Office help seems or acts like there concerned, but do not follow through. I have a neighbor who lives above me that has moved in her daughter and grandson. The noise has been overwhelming. This has been on going for sometime, and had reported several times now. The office staff has not followed through in finding out if she has been added to the lease. The office staff did mention to me that one of the other staff memebers knows the daughter that has moved in with her mother and it would be temporary. Is four months temporary'

It looks like you may lose either way. From what you are saying is that your neighbor that has friends in the Leasing Office will make your life a living hell. And if you complain about the noise, they will joke amoung themselves, and they will report you as just an over reacting tenent. Who cares as long as you they get there money...... I suggest that you get a written report about Signature Pointe from the police Dept. This will tell how safe it is, and find out what security patrol they use.. And if the area is really patroled........

I too live at Signature Pointe and have been there for a little under a year. I have also complained about noisy neighbors and hoodlums hanging out in the parking lot at night smoking pot, but nothing has been done. They tell me that there is night security but he looks like a 12 year old kid that just sits in his car and drives around with his yellow siren lit. When I first moved in the office staff exaggerated about how nice and clean the apartments were. Well, we were shown the model apartment, and were told that all apartments look like that but without the furniture. Well, it wasn't. All of the appliances look like crap and they operate like crap. The windows were so disgusting AND not double pane. The carpet had stains. AND the front door had a big dent in it. I cant wait for our lease to be up because I'm sooo ready to get the heck out of these apartments.
