When I first moned in with my boyfriend we picked this apt. I heard bad things about it yet I like the central location and my boyfriend liked the idea of being able to walk to the river to fish. We moved in and I cant even remember the building we lived in but it was close to the office (I think that was a good thing). We were on the top floor and we did not have any problems. We were probably too loud on many weekends yet we never had anyone complain (that we know of) and we did not have any problems. We did not go into the office much at all but I always found a parking spot and my truck had a stereo system in it and never was there a problem. For our first apart (yes it was awhile ago) it was a nice one. We liked it.
