I lived in these apartements for about 1 1/2 years and I am happy to be moving out. There is a Dairy Farm that smells terrible, I live on the 2nd floor and have sugar ants, needs updating on kitchen and bathroom cabinets, the doors just look like its been painited white to cover old looking doors. Don't forget to read your agreememnt carefully as well because they say $100 is refundalble but in reality it is only like $30-0, because they make you get your carpet and blinds professionaly cleaned and it don't get covered in the $250 that they are keeping. $250 as a ADMIN FEE NOT CARPET SHAMPOO CLEANING..... The $250 does not include the carpet cleaning and the blinds getting clean. So if you think about it, you don't get anything back.
