Can't say i agree at all with the recent review i've read stating that this area had any thieves. I have lived at Signature Point for over 2 years while working in Seattle and I thought it was a great apartment community. Very safe and very well kept. I moved away recently for a job on the east coast, but my entire stay there was great. I'm guessing the other reviewer simply had a unique/bad experience. Generally, i'd be wary of reviews with over 25 exclamation points and all letters in caps.

Don't disparage another's review just b/c you disagree with it. Signature Pointe is not a safe place to live. I have filed two police reports about break-ins/thieves. Whether you agree or not... it's not really your place to try and say what reviews to "be wary of.." I strongly DO NOT recommend Signature Pointe in Kent, WA to anyone.
