I am a current resident. I moved in with my boyfriend 2 years ago. He had already been a resident for 7 years. So that make's 9 years total for him. Signature Point is a wonderful place to live. The Management staff is right on top of things. Very pleasent, helpful and professional. The Maintenance is Excellent! The grounds and the exterior of the community are beautiful. Last but not least is the location. Can't beat it.

A Happy long term Resident.
