I have lived here for over 2 years. I really like it her. Quiet and safe. Management is professional and courteous. Maintenance is prompt and very capable. The grounds and apartments are very well maintained. The only con that I can think of is in warmer months there is a "smell" from the nearby cow pastures. It doesnt drift into the apartment but you can smell it outside on your deck.

This person is very wrong. Not quiet, maybe if you have hearing problems. NOT SAFE, rape, stealing, vandalism, creepy people, the constant feeling of being watched. Management NOT professional or courteous, from Kim in her wool jacket in 100 degree weather with her bitchy stares and careless attitude to the manager Kelly and her constant lies and sceaming. Maintenance is a joke, we had to call three times in two days to finally get our crappy dyer fixed, and we put in an order to get something fixed, it never got done and to top it all off, WE GOT CHARGED FOR IT!
