I have to agree with all the other reviews . We lived here for a year and decided to move out when they wanted to raise the rent by $200 a month(aparently this is their standard practice when you go to resign your lease. Then they charged me $159 for a outdoor carpet on my balcony that they had cut crooked and then barely attached with a few staples and was frayed...hmm can't imagine why. There were no baseboards in my apartment and the leave blower guys broke my window in my apartment with a rock and it took them 2 weeks and a full blown investigation for them to replace it. Oh and you will pay to water the sidewalks are waterbill from there was frequently near $100 a month. Oh and did I mention the piece of carboard they stuffed inside my stove knob panel to make the stove alarm stop going off when they finally got there after almost 16 hours, did I mention I had a newborn at the time. Do not move here they will take you for all that you have.

I have to agree with the ridiculous rent increases. Ours was nearly 11% this year with a 1 year lease ($111 increase), and would have been much more expensive without signing a new lease. They are pricing themselves out of the market. We looked around this year, and found a couple of places we liked that were larger and much cheaper. Unfortunately, the timing wasn't right, because we're fairly certain we will have to move north of Seattle next year, and we didn't want to move twice in two years. Regardless...this is our last year at Signature Pointe. I can get a mortgage cheaper than my rent, even in this economy. I've also noticed more and more vacancies...apartments sitting empty. This is both unsafe and a good indicator that the complex is overpriced. Looks good at first glance, but all that glitters is not gold.

Yes, I used to live at the Signature Point and when our lease was up they wanted to increase our rent form $1,149.00 to $1,349.00 and this did not even include the $10.00 per month for garbage and an additional $80.00 - $100.00 for water and sewer. If you only plan on staying temporarty its fine but they treat you like a number. They basically tell you that there are other people willing to pay more so you can take it or leave it. They do not value the residents. They only care about the all mighty dollar.
