I love how there are so many beautiful trees and flowers around. The grounds are clean and the pools are sparkling. Not to mention the staff is so nice. I don't see what the other people are talking about when they say that the staff is stuck up. I have never had a problem. On numerous occasions when I visited the office there were cookies out, this month I attended the BBQ where Yvette one of the girls in the office was cooking from everybody who came. Come on now lets be realistic these apartments are kept in pretty good shape seeing that they are not brand new. So far I love it here. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I am not worried about thoes types of problems because I know that a lease is a binding legal document and you have to comply to certain terms in order to keep your self from being charged and for my car I am not worried that is what an alarm and full coverage is for.

Give it time hunny, soon you will see all the lies that Signature Point holds. I give them credit, they sure can mask all the negatives by keeping the grounds clean outside and the office clean, and by being "nice" for about the first two months, but wait until your lease is up and its time to move out! Or wait until your car is gone when you wake up in the morning and the office ladies don't care and they let you know how little they care. These apartments will do anything to trap you in a lease and by the time you see how they really are and you try to leave, they will clean out your wallet. Screw Signature Point.
