I have lived at Signature Pointe for over 4 years now. I cant say it's been perfect, but all in all, there are a lot of positives. I really like the office staff. Everytime I have gone in, the gals at the front desk are very nice and helpful. I know not everyone has had a positive experience, but I certainly have. Customer Service is key to me which is one of the reasons I continue to stay here. I have had a few maintenance issues that have needed tending to, and although it was not fixed that very day, they did come out the next day and it was fixed, and they even left me candy and a note that the work was completed. I love the trail that surrounds this property, and cannot think of any other place that has all these fountains and trees that make it seem more like its own little town than an "apartment complex". They do give away alot of free food, like the cookies on wednesdays, the taco nights/BBQ's, and the muffins, those ladies stand outside and hand out muffins and juice at the main entrance it seems to always be really early in the morning and its either raining, (big surprise), really cold or really hot, but they are out there and they always seem to be in good spirits. I've never lived anywhere that has done all that. They do raise rents (which all places do that I have lived), but I checked around this last time, and found that other places comparable to this are around the same price. My point is, little things go a long way with me, and all the little things add up to better than most, its not perfect, but it's pretty good. You have to give credit sometimes, people always seem to only want to say something when they are upset. It's nice to hear the good stuff once in a while. I like it and have made a lot friends here.

This guy is full of crap. The office ladies are all stuck up -------, the only reason they must like him is because he is not a woman. One of the office ladies almost ran my roommate over. And the trails are nice if your the Hulk. Everytime I step foot out of my apartment I get cat calls and unwanted stares. One time a man pulled over and told me to get in his car. Also, there was a girl raped in these wonderful apartments three months ago. Too bad it's too scary to use the trails that walk along the old stomping grounds of the Green River Killer!
