This is a decently priced apartment for nice grounds, ample parking, and a friendly staff. I do appreciate all the tenant events they have and all they try to do (cookie Wed, handing out breakfast some mornings). I was exasperated as well to see how much rent was raised (little if you signed a long lease). To go month to month our rent jumped from about $850 to over 1000 which included a "month to month convenience fee of $100. I feel that things are fixed quickly and the office is organized and professional. I appreciate their open policies on pets, which can be hard to find.

A recent con is the change from garbage cans (which were already few and far between) to only a few trash compactors spaced throughout the complex. I think there are only 6 of these or something for a very large complex. I know I am not the only tenant who has had to resort to packing my garbage in the car and driving it out on my way out of the complex (I often meet many other cars there doing the same which tells me I am not just too lazy). It is a HUGE inconvenience.

Our water bill is very pricey (as shown from some of the other reviews). Ultimately, my largest concern is safe parking. Many cars have had back windows busted out. They have a courtesy patrol (who last time my back window was busted left a note on my windshield to say "we drove by and your window was busted" THANKS A LOT FOR THE INFO!) The lighting near our end of the complex really needs to be increased. THey've sent notices saying not to back into spots but we do in our parking area because I feel it is safer and try to park where there is more lights. No responses to our requests to increase lighting.

Other than that there is occasional ruccus from the hicks on the other side of the Green River. There are some farms where frequent shotguns go off (was walking on that side of the road when people were shooting crows in their front yard, classy). Also lately I can actually hear (under the bridge overpass) some kids arriving at 4-6 am to party and they get really loud. I have called the cops a couple of times.
