Nice Place to Live

We've been at Signature Point for about 4 months and haven't had any problems. The apartments do feel more like a neighborhood because of the layout, landscaping, and plenty of trees. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance is prompt. All our maintenance requests have been taken care of within a day. Parking can be a pain, but I feel like I just get an extra minute of walking exercise if I can't part right next to the apartment, so it doesn't bother me. There are disabled parking spots right next to the apartments, so if you have a problem, you can probably get one of those. There is a cow/lama smell in the summer, but again, that doesn't bother me too much because it's not that strong. Noise can be a problem if your neighbors are too loud. Mine went through a Nirvana phase, but it's been very nice and quiet lately. Office staff has been nice or mildly grumpy on and off, depending on your timing and who you talk to, but nothing out of the ordinary. I would rate the office staff as slightly above average, but the fact that they have very good office hours puts them at well above average for me. That's really it, we'll see how things turn out when we have to re-negotiate our lease, but so far we've been very happy with the place.
