Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I lived there for an year. This is wrost time I ever have. They increase rest by 150 once the initial term complete. They take weeks to address any issue you have in your appartment. They charge me $700 bucks for normal wear and tear on kitchen counter tops. I kept house very clean. I end up paying $1000 when i moved out.
emagine if you messedup little how much you may end up paying.
safety is wrost, My cas attempted to stolen by breaking glass.
It is not safe to live there.
