I have lived at Signature Pointe for 1 1/2 years and in general things have been fine. The apartment is ok. The appliances are old, but when they die they are replaced fairly quickly. It is on the trail, which I really appreciate. There have been several incidents out front of our apartment with police, and we were without water for a weekend when a pipe broke. Overall, this is Kent, and you get what you expect.
My one major complaint is that I recently received a late notice payment for rent. I had actually paid it on time, and thankfully had a copy of my check to prove this. What angered me was that they left the 3 day notice to pay or vacate on a Saturday night after 10 pm although the notice was dated on Friday, and no one had tried to contact us to see what the issue was (in this case they could have found out it was their error). It makes me think they really try to screw people over, which is really sad. based on this I would have to say NOT to rent here even though up until now the women who work in the office have all been nice.
