I have been living here for 4 months and I have had to contend with bullies left and right trying to fight my younger kids. These kids around here are way out of control and something seriously needs to be done or half the residents will be moving due to the situation. I thought my kids would be safe and could play happily without me having to
get bigger kids off my kids from fighting, if you have kids I would advise you look deeper into kent and stay away from Mill Creek too this is where the hoodlums go to school. Talk about gangs wear the wrong color outside and you might get shot or beat up by a gang. Really sad where do the tenants stand-nowhere the office has reports and refuses to do anything about it to this day. We recently aquired a new Manager and I still see the same issues-just sad honestly.
Work hard pay your rent cant even come home to a peaceful night without hearing hoodlums all night in the courtyard yelling and then if your kids want to play in the playgrounds they have to go inside once the hoodlums come around. And to make matters worse the Mothers of these kids instigate fights and teach thier kids to fight instead of being adults and telling thier children not to fight and start fights. I would seriously advise against moving here Im not the only one going through this we will continue to make reports to the police until these problems are erased or they are reprimanded for thier actions.
