The new Mgr is GREAT! Always working hard.
She listens, had a nice BBQ for residents.
Still some bad tenants but they are FINALLY working on getting them out.
Problem is the POLICE do nothing, they don't care and the parents do not either.
Hard to clean up with no help.
The kids run wild and are mean.
