The apartments inside look nice and clean, but is very noise from all the traffic of hwy 167,it is very hard to sleep on summer time when is hot and the only way you can get fresh air is by keeping the window open, well, if you do that you might as well start counting cars going by the freeway.

It is the most expensive place I have live, how can they call this place LOW INCOME HOUSING! And every time you must renew a contract they will raise up your rent to $50.00, and if you want to go month to month, then get ready to pay more than $800.00 per month (low income housing') where do they get that from' Someone better check this out! because after living here and paying so much money you are force to move out because you realize that you can not longer continue on paying so much rent. (A single, mother and no child support.) To expensive, not worth it, bad customer service, this complex does not care for their tenants. LOW INCOME HOUSING' THEY SHOULD CALL THIS PLACE SOMETHING ELSE, IS MORE LIKE: IF YOU MOVE IN HERE WE WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU WILL BE ASKING FOR SOME WELFARE ASSISTANCE OR HOUNSING BY THE STATE BECAUSE SOON ENOUGH YOU WILL BE HOMELESS.
