I have lived at Silver Springs for almost 6 months they are no help at all.
What they used to calculate your income is ridiculous and they don't even help when asking to reduce your rent even though there are those paying for the same apt as I am only 750.
Just to move to a one bedroom I would have to repay a deposit which is ridiculous.
When you move in BAREWARE that you have to pay $300 for them to paint your wall $75 for carpet clean and like 70 for the windows which is ridiculous even if everything is perfect when you leave, which I believe is against the law.
They say the deposit is fully refundable but it is not I will be paying them when I move out and they don't even inform you of this before you sign your lease.
Yes there is a lot of drug trafficking in the apt and noise and they do nothing to help.
I don't recommend these apt to anyway.

The painting/carpet/blind thing is something that makes me laugh. They don't tell you about it until you are signing the lease. You tell them you don't want to move in then, and they refuse to give you back your money. Total entrapment there!
