Silver Creek looks like a nice place to live but once you live there, it goes downhill. They have never treated mold issues, several residents have gotten sick, its a law suite waiting to happen. I have only had one good manager throughout my 3 years of living here. They change managers so often. She was the most recent and left us in July 2003.The only reason half of us resigned a lease was because of her. The owner doesn't put a dime into the property, I do not have anything nice to say about the management company. They have been unprofessional, and ditzy!!There is too much noise, and too many suspicious people living on the property. I suggest you do not live here!!!
