I lived there for 5 years. I left 6 years ago, primarily due to the management. Both in 2000 and now they have provided another false reference. It has been reported by management that upon my leaving that I left my cat and my things in the apartment. I have my cat and all my things. The old reference included stating to the reference checking agencies that I "had numerous bounced checks and numerous late payments". This is entirely false and can be construed as slander. Please be sure to "suck up" really well prior to your leaving.

While living there it declined in its appearance and atmosphere. It was a nice neighborhood when I moved in and turned into a hood when I left. There were shootings in the parking lot, my car had been both broken into and stolen there.

The play area, an enclosed area with a rock and a stump, was a disaster. There was a bees nest in the stump that was never addressed. This was the only place that the kids were allowed to play.
