Do not move here! Moved in 6 months ago and now that my lease is up, they have upped the rent by $200 dollars. My husband and were given a 30 day notice to move out or pay the extra rent. The apartments are ok, but not worth an extra $200.

I agree with most on this one. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The new owners are jacking up the rent WAY up!! I have a disable person living with me who has fallen 2 times outside when we are coming home, because of the poor maintainence around here. The lamp outside never works and as soon as they fix it, it breaks again. I called the managers to let them know, and all they can say is if we want a ramp built, so he doesn't fall again, we have to pay out of our own pockets!!! And if we would like a different apartment we would have to pay $250 MORE!! They also claim "THEY DIDN'T KNOW" a disabled person was living here!! I mean come on!!! It's in our file!! They suck, and they don't care about the tenants!!! Overall Rating: 0
