I've been living at skyline Park for awhile now. The apartments are huge and are being renovated. I still live in an older apartment but I am so happy with the new management! Before it was so unprofessional in the leasing office and she was so rude! Now if i have a maintenance or any kind of issue I enjoy coming to the office to talk with management. The new management has really improved the outside of the aprtments and added a new playground. They are also adding a pool, gym, club house, gated entrance and im sure much more. There's a lot of construction going on but its worth it to get all the ammenities by this summer!!!!
Nice quiet place to live! And finally there's a maintenance team that knows how to fix things!!!!!

This is NOT true. I was waiting for maintenance guy to show up for TWO weeks to fix my toilet and shower. I was not able to use my shower for TWO weeks!
Yes there is lot of construction going on and noise and dirt and we are paying already for all of these things we don't have such as swimming pool!
I was told that I can't have a pet. And what I did, I searched a couple websites and found out that they are accepting pets! But management told me that I'm not allowed.
Poor management, poor apartments. Stay away from them, I will be moving out as soon as I will get a chance.

I think Skyline management wrote that review. By this summer we are not getting anything. We are getting more problems: have to pay more; there was a homicide on the properties earlier this spring. Apartments are horrible!

Ha-ha, they are talking about adding a pool, gym, club house, gated entrance and much more for two years! They charging more money for the pool we don't have, for gym we don't have, for the club house we don't have etc.
We pay for what we don't have, sweet deal:)

There is no construction going on, I know that management wrote this. Because this place is defiantly not quite, all they added was the playground, wow big deal. this place sucks, this was by far the biggest mistake to move into this place.

Wow, we have not had any of those experiences listed above. We moved in about a year ago, and we just re-signed our lease. (And we have been in 5 apartments in that many years due to condo conversions and the work moving etc...) It is probably the loudest complex we have lived in (because of the neighbors), and the parking is really inconvenient, but we like it here. There is construction going on in the front (not at the time that the original review was written) for the clubhouse and pool. They have also said that the difficulty on getting the gate is because part of the property lines are in Seatac and they need to comply with 2 cities zoning issues. We have a large pet, and they are super friendly about it. We haven't needed maintainence since we moved in. Our rent did not go up when we re-signed and they gave us some freebies too. I love having access to the dog park. I really don't think you are going to find this kind of space for the price. These apartments are huge, and bigger than most first homes people can afford to buy. The layout is great. We moved here right before our first child was born, and we would not be here if we didn't think it was safe. I would not want to live in the front of the complex however. Freeway access is great.
Things I could live without: the paint job on all the cabinets, weird parking, the pack of wild 3 year olds running around unsupervised in the parkinglot all the time. I think some of my neighbors are weird.
Things I love: the space size and layout, the price, location to freeway, pet friendly, friendly management, upkeep of the facility, kids play area.
I would recommend this location to my friends and acquaintences.
