A new management doesn't care about residents at ALL. My car got towed because of all repainting and whatever they did, but DID NOT INFORM US that we are going to have our parking spots changed. It is awful! They don't care about their residents they only care about getting money. It is getting worth every time you turn around. It WAS a nice place to live with the OLD Management. Oh, there are rats too, we had a couple laying for a few days. Now it is a ghetto!

This resident is just mad because she parked in the wrong spot and had her car towed. The property was just repaved and there was more parking added. NO ONES spot number changed! Its been the same number forever but a couple spots were moved two spaces over. The new management has done nothing but upgrade this property by renovating all the units that come available, adding a playground, BBQ's, picnic areas, Pet stations, new landscaping and a four-man maintenance team instead of one. Also the management makes no money from cars getting towed. It goes all to the company that retrieves the cars. Every Apt get one free assigned spot right in front of thier Apt, if someone parked in my spot I would have them towed too.
