We really like it. We rarely hear the people below us. The few exceptions are when both of us are on the patios, or they're sliding their patio door and we're in the living room. Our neighbors next door are quiet too, and very nice.
We did have someone parked in our spot late one night, and when I spoke to the management the next day she gave me the number of the company who is supposed to tow them. It was the same number we'd called the night before, and they told us they'd record the issue... So next time someone parks in our spot we're supposed to tell them to tow the car. Plus we've seen this car at the complex several times since then, so they KNOW they parked in our spot.
Anyway... We love how spacious our unit is. We're on the top floor, so we have a really good view of the Kent Valley and it's beautiful. It's only $20 more per month than our old apartments, but it's a full 100 square foot bigger. It's worth it to us.
The management has been very nice and worked with us to make sure we got approved. And we LOVE our laundry room... It's got a full-size washer/dryer, and it's quiet! Our old place had a stacked w/d combo. I also LOVE my walk-in closet!
As of now, I would highly recommend Skyline Park.
