I put down a deposit, only to have them call me at work and demand twice as much, the following day. They showed me a great "show" apartment, then when I insisted on seeing the actual unit I would rent, it was a dump! They had painted over old wood/formica counters and cupboards in white, but didn't bother to do a good job. They offered a "special" on rent, but only had one apartment at that price. They charged for a "holding fee" but didn't have any available to rent right away. So why do I have to pay a fee to have you hold it for me, if it isn't ready in the first place'' They lied to me about many things, and I caught them in the lies. They told me they'd return the deposit and still haven't. It's a fight. I am acutally having to file fraud charges against them. This place is a total nightmare! Not to mention, as I was there on yet another visit to regain my money, I noticed many undesireables entering the 'secured' area....they obviously have no clue what their own complex is like. I bet the rental agents don't even live there!!
