I lived there up until about 4 months ago. We only moved because we wanted a house and more space. We never really had any problems with the management, and maintenance always got there and on time and got the job done. We had a few neighbors that had their issues, but there were noce ones too. We lived there about a year and saw the police there once. Overall, I would say that I had a good stay at The Summit, and the office staff was even nice to us after we broke our lease to move into the new house we had just got. We had three cars, and only had a problem with parking a few times in the summer. Just remember, every complex has it's problems.
