Simply not worth it

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
2 years of hell. High crime, loud neighbors, poor construction, horrible lay outs, and when I moved out, my rent had been $650 and they were wanting to increase it to $780. Good ol' 20% increase year over year. Also the gates never worked. Of the 2 years I was there, they probably all worked a combined total of 4 months. I can't recommend against this place enough.
