The Summits were the worst living experience I've ever had. My neighbors were constantly loud, drunk and high. I couldn't hang pictures up on the wall, because their music would knock them off the walls. The summertime was the worst. People in the parking lot at all hours of the night, standing around a car with loud music playing. The gates are a joke. Even when they do work, it doesn't matter, because the bars on the gate are bent so that people can fit through them. The management staff was less than helpful. They would lose packages that came in the mail. I moved out two months early, just to get away. Since I have moved out, they have not sent my deposit refund (four months later). They say I never paid a deposit, so they don't owe me anything back. Also, I'm still getting charged the Puget Sound Energy bill. When I call PSE, they tell me that The Summits have to fax a move-out form to them. I have called The Summits repeatedly, and they always assure me that the form is being faxed that day. Still hasn't happened.

Honestly, there are a lot of reviews on here, and I'm not exaggerating. The police are there a lot, and I didn't feel safe there. It was the most uncomfortable living experience I have ever had.
