Not worth the rent. Horrible staff.

This was my husbands & I's first place together. The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous when we were in the process of moving in. But after that, they became rude, degrading, and careless.

I don't know where they got off charging this much for rent. The complex itself is rundown, dirty, and unsafe and our apartment was piece of crap! Appliances were constantly breaking. The gutters above our balcony were clogged for the entire year we lived here and when it rained, the roof bowed and was (still is) near it's breaking point. We put in numerous work orders and never even got a response.

I once asked them about fixing the security gates and they told me (I QUOTE!) "we are not interested in upgrading security around here. It's already gone down hill so what's the point." Shows they REALLY care about the people who pay their mortgage.

You can find much better places for price of rent they charge.
