So I have lived here at Summit for a littel while. I have seen office people come and go.. But this new management SUCKS! -------, the new manager is a joke. She is rude, talks down to you, treats you like you are a piece a crap. She over reacts to EVERYTHING and acts like its the end of the world. ----- stayed with the new company from the old one that used to manage this place. She was nice back then. Always wanted to help and helped get issues resolved in a somewhat timely manner and was always really pleasent during it. But now, after Pinnacle and ------- took over, ----- is just like them. She is rude, doesn't care about residents or their issues. Just tells you to get over it, just like -------. Looks like someone is rubbing off the bad to the good. ---------is ok. She trries to handle stuff, but of course, everything has to go through -------, so it goes nowhere after that. Angela was with Archstone and then came back when it changed to Pinnacle. She is a sweatheart. She is really nice. Always does her best to help. Talks nice to you on the phone and seems to really care about you as a resident. She was like that before and after the change. I feel bad for her because she has to have two people above her that just don't care about the complex and don't care about residents and goes against her in everything she tries to do. Even after all the snow not being cleared, people getting stabbed, multiple shootings, (3 at last count in 2 months, thank God nobody has been killed), and the joke of a maintenace staff, I am moving because of the new office management. I can deal with the other crap. I don't live back in the crappy area. I am moving because the office staff and how they treat and talk to residents. If I would have known this is what we were getting when this place changed hands, I would have left before they showed up.. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
