Low on Quality and High Vehicular Vandalism

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2003
Repair services for this complex are agonizing. They take forever to repair a window blind (I've been waiting for 2 months), range (took weeks), etc. They let the lawn and garden areas go brown in the summer time. My vehicle has been vandalized with the stereo stolen 2 times in 2 years, and many others have had the same problem. A person in a parking spot next to mine has had his car stolen twice in the past 6 months. He is moving out and so am I. Management does nothing to assist in the prevention of vehicle vandalism and theft.
