I'm a high-tech exec who chooses to live at Ridgeview because the property has exactly what I need: a nice, very large studio apartment. When not at the office or on business travel, I'm usually working at home. The phone/fax, broadband internet, and satellite dish connections are all excellent here. (Previously at a property in Renton, only 28.8K baud phone connection was possible and NO broadband existed, plus satellite dish usage on your patio was totally restricted--yikes!
Overall it's quiet, laid-back and pretty cool here.
