I was here from 2000-2001 for about 7 months. I wasn't exactly evicted, but was eventually served with an Unlawful Detainer by management even after I was long gone from premisces (that's still on my record and preventing me from being on any lease in most respectible apartments) ... but I have no problem with that and bear no ill will. On many occasions management went out of their way to work with me when I was behind on rent, particularly when I lost my job (I can't say that about other apartment management). Maintanence concerns... well, were of no concern - any problems, they fixed, and fast. Great place, and I miss it - definitely recommend.
