I'm planning on moving out of this complex and it makes me a bit sad and happy. I'm currently residing in a 1bd townhouse and I'm very happy with the size of the unit and the large fenced backyard that comes with it. I'm not happy with the laundry room situation (two washers/two dryers shared between two buildings with 12 units each), parking (lot not very well lit or patrolled and if you come home late at night you can forget about parking legally) and children running and playing in the hallways. There are also issues with mold in the bathrooms since there are no windows in that particular room. If you don't mind showering with your door open, it's okay. Besides the parking lot and mold issues, the other complains are minimal and I wouldn't leave if they weren't raising my rent. I'd at least like to have a W/D in my unit and a consistently mold free bathroom for $75.00 more dollars.
