The last review had to be someone who worked here! I never moved in here, but want to warn all residents who are considering it! I talked to Debbie (the manager) and another girl for well over a month about getting an apartment at Ventana. The price just sounded so good and at first everyone was nice! I called everyday to talk to Ashley and ask if we were approved for the apartment and she would say we are still working on it. When I finally got in town, I went to look at my apartment that was supposed to be all ready for me. I called a few hours before I went in and I was told my keys were in the office! When I got there My girlfriend and I walked in the office and a lady whom I had never talked to looked at us and rolled her eyes. We stood there till she rudely said CAN I HELP YOU'! After I told her who I was and I was wanting to look at my apartment she proceeded to talk over me to the other girl. They both had no idea where the keys were or if it was ready! After the cleaning lady brought the key to us, we had to search for the apartment/ The girl showing us had no clue where it was. When we got in the apartment the carpet was nasty, crap on the back porch, and the paint was peeling off the wall. The next day I went back to talk to the manager about how I was treated and the apartment! She apologized and said she had just been place back there and it had gone down hill and work orders from April were still not done! (It was June') I asked for corps number. I called 4x and left 4 messages. I assume RACHEL was to busy for me because I never received a call back! I am amazed at the way I was treated All of Ventana's staff and Corp. We got in our car and drove 2 blocks to Avants! Where we were treated GREAT! I would not rent here!

Clearly there are two sides to EVERY story. People tend to explode if they do not get their way.
