...incredible rip-off, ridiculously paranoid, thieving property manager, expect a new and different maintenance supervisor and staff every 2-3 months due to this managements inability to pay decently and/or their seeming inability to treat or respect their staff... Upon move-out expect to be ripped-off of your deposit. IMPORTANT: it is WA state tenant law (see tenant law info at "www.nwjustice.org") that it's your right (and you should have one) to have a 'walk-through' move-out inspection with the property management and receive an inspection report signed by yourself and management PRIOR to handing in your keys at move-out. WATCH OUT...because the game at this property is to refuse to conduct this inspection. Then, after you're gone, you have no recourse to dispute the validity of damage claims assessed against you!! Nice racket, going on here--for sure. Also, with regard to parking...automobile break-ins are rampant and frequent...smash and grabs. This property is a main walk-through area for every vagrant, drug-user, and vandal in the area... Finally, the new siding and windows on the townhouses are great--but the sub-flooring in the common hallways of the buildings (and word has it a lot of the townhouses) is rotting through with only the carpet between you and the water/moisture-filled crawl-space below... The siding/windows are a bandaid attempt to justify outrageous rents and deposits given the shabby status of the over-all construction and deteriorating, 40 year old structures... Tons of other properties to check out before stooping to the depths of rental-despair at this loser property!!! Look elsewhere and live anywhere, BUT at RIDGEVIEW Apts. & Townhomes...

Beware of the two story apartments, bottom levels. Underneath has flooded soooo many times, nothing has ever been done to my knowledge to fix this problem by owner. Floors in hallway are warping and water damage has to be taking a toll on the foundation. Mold HAS to be present. The smell says it all. i used to work for Ridgeview 6 years ago, cant imagine what that place looks like now ~!!! Great Rent for the area, if you cant stand the riff-raff !!
