Everything decent except roaches and parking.

Parking is assigned, one spot per apartment, even if you have a 3 bedroom apartment. Always found myself crossing my fingers to get a spot. Roaches are infested in the building--keep your kitchen clean or scurrying will ensue when the lights get turned on in the morning. Everything else is fine for the price.
