I lived in these apartments several years ago and I would not reccommend it to anyone! They advertise controlled access building and working elevators...well if you name it it was not working. The elevators were always down (you try huffing it up 4 flights of stairs after a day of work and your arms full of a weeks worth of grocery shopping) there were roaches like you would not beleive from neighbors, and no pest control service was ever seen, the controlled access intercom system hardly ever worked (there is nothing like dropping keys off a 4th story balcony so your babysitter can get in and you are running late for work). But one good thing is that the parking was great. Parking was not assigned and i was almost always able to park in the same spot everyday, I loved that.
Unfortunately I dont remember the dates that I did live there...it has been many years (pre-fire)
